El esperado remake de Silent Hill, Shattered Memories, cuenta hoy con un nuevo tráiler. Este exclusivo vídeo, filtrado por Konami para la revista oficial de Nintendo y el portal CVG, muestra una grabación casera hecha por el protagonista donde se puede ver cómo inicia su viaje con su hija a un parque de atracciones, periplo que, según el argumento del juego, acabará en desgracia.
El vídeo en sí parece no aportar nada de buenas a primeras, repitiendo una secuencia una y otra vez. Únicamente observándolo en perspectiva logra ahondar realmente en el alma del personaje. Lejos de quedarse en la impresión inicial, el jugador debe imaginar al protagonista viendo estas imágenes una y otra vez, desolado al no comprender qué ha sucedido con su amado retoño.
Es ahí, cuando se empatiza con Harry Mason, el momento en el cual se siente la tristeza del personaje y el auténtico significado de este tráiler.
Shattered Memories llegará a nuestro país en febrero para Wii, Playstation 2 y PSP. El argumento retomará los hechos del juego original desde una innovadora perspectiva, enfocando la acción como un conjunto de recuerdos narrados desde el diván de un psicoanalista.

Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, el 8 de diciembre en Wii
Las versiones de PSP y PS2 siguen sin fecha oficial.


Konami ha desvelado la fecha definitiva en la que Silent Hill: Shattered Memories llegará a las tiendas: el 8 de diciembre, aunque sólo en su versión para Wii. Respecto a las ediciones que se esperan para PS2 y PSP todavía no hay fecha oficial, si bien la editora ha prometido reverlarla “en un futuro cercano”.

Silent Hill: Shattered Memories propone una nueva vuelta de tuerca a la primera entrega de la terrorífica saga. A caballo entre remake y reinicio alternativo, encarnaremos a un Harry Mason desesperado por buscar a su hija, sin más armas esta vez que nuestra linterna y un móvil.

El título, que nace con la pretensión de revolucionar el género del survival horror, implementará un sistema que detectará el perfil psicológico del jugador y ajustará la jugabilidad de la aventura al mismo para que la inmersión personalizada sea total.

Pero como se que nadie me dará algo asi, tendré que descargarlo, como siempre, llamenme pirata o lo que sea pero es mi unico modo de jugarlo u_u (hasta que sea mayor de edad y consiga un trabajo jeje)

Después de haberlo visto sospecho que los responsables del juego han echado un vistazo a la peli de Broken Notes y que les ha servido de inspiración. Hay cosas clavaditas, como la escena del baño en 00:45 o los planos de Harry tumbado en la cama.

Me disgusta saber que este será el último Silent Hill que cuente con Yamaoka y los suyos.

Pero igual, es un nuevo concepto a SH, ¿o no les parece nuevo? No hay que ir matando monstruos y agarrando munición y armas, en su lado bueno es divertido, yo creo que esto le agrega algo de realismo.

Yo creo que este SH va a tener mucho valor para los fans justamente por el hecho de que será la última vez que veremos a Yamaoka vinculado con la saga.

Párrafo aparte, quitar las armas del medio me parece acertado. Estoy seguro que eso servirá para incrementar enormemente la tensión. Y eso es lo que le faltó, por ejemplo, al Homecoming.
